Program Learning Outcome

    Graduate Competency Standards are the minimum criteria for graduate ability qualifications that include Attitudes, Knowledge and Skills (General and Specific) stated in the formulation of Graduate Learning Outcomes (PLO). The formulation of General Attitudes and Skills refers to the Regulation of the Minister of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia Number 3 of 2020 concerning National Higher Education Standards (SN-PT). The formulation of Special Skills and Knowledge is formulated and agreed upon by the Association of Higher Education in Communication Sciences (ASPIKOM).

1. Attitude
    • Devoted to God Almighty, demonstrate a professional attitude, apply ethical, legal and cultural principles based on humanist values and national culture in carrying out duties. (PLO 1)

 

2. Knowledge
    • The process of planning, implementing, monitoring and developing communication programs with high-level thinking (High Order Thinking Skills/ HOTS), for example: communication, collaboration, critical thinking, creativity, computational logic, compassion and civic responsibility in accordance with communication rules and ethics that are adjusted to knowledge of the industrial era and its development, as well as phenomena faced by contemporary society. (PLO 2)

 

3. General Skills
    • Able to utilize technology for scientific development. (PLO 3)
    • Able to develop oneself and improve professional skills continuously. (PLO 4)

4. Special Skills
    • Mastering basic communication skills, namely public speaking and multimedia production, so as to be able to distribute communication messages for various purposes. (PLO 5)
    • Able to conduct analysis or studies on communication problems or issues, then plan and implement a communication program in a collaborative and sustainable manner. (PLO 6)
    • Able to publish communication works based on research results and community service in accordance with scientific principles in the field of science. (PLO 7)
